As stated in your water contract, water bills are due by the 1st day of each month. Payments can be made in the payment drop box on Columbia Way near the bus stop or can be mailed to Wallula Water District 1, PO Box 197, Wallula, WA 99363.
There is a grace period until the 15th of the month when payments are still accepted without penalty—as per the date received, not the date written on the check. Please pay your bill in a timely fashion to avoid penalty.
Any payments arriving after the 15th of the month are charged a late fee of 10% of the total bill owed. Accounts 40+ days past due are subject to disconnect.
All finances are processed through the Walla Walla County Treasurer’s Department.
